Wedding Dress Wednesday {Vol. 4}

(Let's ignore the fact that this is my first Wedding Dress Wednesday post since February, k?)

In light of my sister's recent wedding anniversary, I thought I would feature her gorgeous gown for today's much-overdue WDW!

Ashley wore a Maggie Sottero gown found at a local bridal boutique called Formally Yours. She fit the description of a Maggie bride through and through: Classic, sophisticated, and Southern.

The bodice had intricate crystal detailing with a corset closure. This photo captured by Shannon is one of my favorites of her dress!

She donned pure white shoes from Coloriffics, which is kind of an oxymoron, right? Like I said, Ashley was a classic bride and went for the classic white shoes. They were perfect!

She wore a cathedral-length veil with crystal beading on the edge, which almost got snagged on the carpet during the ceremony, but thankfully we avoided that snafu.

Finally, she carried a bouquet of white and green blooms, to reflect the overall color scheme of pistachio green and hydrangea blue.
